About the role
As a Junior Consultant you work on enterprise engagements from the first days on site to the solution in daily use. You help us understand how the client's business works, redesign the process and build the solutions that put it into practice, with responsibility for your own part of the work from the start.
Who you'll work with
You join a small team and work directly with the two partners on every engagement. On the client side you work with management and with the teams who run the operation every day, from sales and operations to finance and IT. Engagements take place in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Asia, on site and remotely.
What you'll do
- 01Spend full days on site with the client's teams to understand how the operation really works.
- 02Prepare and run stakeholder interviews and map the current process.
- 03Analyse commercial and operational data to size where time and margin are lost.
- 04Help redesign the process and turn it into requirements for the solutions we build.
- 05Test each release with the users, gather feedback and follow up the next iteration.
- 06Prepare materials and present findings to the client's management.
- 07Support the launch, the hypercare period and the improvements that follow.
What we're looking for
Required
- A degree in business, engineering, economics or a related field.
- Up to two years of experience in consulting or in a commercial, operations or product role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
- Clear written and spoken communication, with clients and within the team.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
Nice to have
- Experience with data tools: advanced Excel, SQL, Python or similar.
- Interest in AI and in how digital solutions are designed and built.
- French or another language.
- Exposure to sales, route-to-market or pricing work.
